අපේ ප්‍රතිපත්තිය දේශපාලනය විතරක් නොව සංවර්ධනය මූලික කරගත් දේශයේ අභිවෘද්ධිය සදහා විදේශගත ශ්‍රීලාංකික ප්‍රජාව හා සම්බන්ධ වී අලුත් වෙනසකට රට යොමු කිරීමයි.
